Q) There has been a mistake with my order, what can I do?

A) In case of a mishap with your orders, please don't hesitate to contact us through our email ajnctemp@gmail.com - we are more than willing to help our customers. Alternatively, contact Amazon customer services for further solutions.

Q) Payment methods?

A) Since we are digital, we cannot accept cash unfortunately. We take card payment vendors such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and other major payments that Amazon accepts.

Q) Are your products new, and authentic? 

A) Yes, our products are sourced from reliable sellers across the globe, and Amazon also thoroughly checks for the authenticity of our products. Thus, we ensure that our customers receives the original products.

Q)  What if the item is not to my satisfaction?

A) If by any chance you are not fulfilled with your products, we accept returns with the basis that: the items are unused and back in resalable condition - unless damaged upon arrival. Once again, this is dependant on Amazon.
